Will my 3ds get banned for leveling up pokemon using pkhex

What I want to do is level up and evolve pokemon, give them IV's, give them items, and change their moves Is that legal and can i use them in link battles/online battles -
it takes too long to level up my pokemon in ultra sun soo i want to level it up using pkhex will i get banned?
