Is it possible to fix it and if so what can I do?

It is my first time using pkhex and I was trying to put a Deino egg in my game, once I did it I saved (I think I saved while in the scarlet version) and when I try to enter my game with MelonDs it no longer recognizes it and asks me to start a new game and when I try to open pkhex it tells me that the file is invalid.
