I tried to Unlock All Coaches but it didn't work.

There are missing pokemon entries after save editing, I open modify all and click complete dex, When I check the pokedex editor it say its capture however when I input the game it remained a missing entry . It only nearly after of the dex isn't complete such as Ariados, Yanmega, Wooper, quagsire, Volbeat, Illumise etc.
