is it possible to use pkhex to unlock the poke pelago? i cant find a option to add it to the menu

I did it but I can’t access any menu options besides the options. Is there anyway I can unlock them?

I was just before the electric trial and I was saving my game and then it froze on me. I waited a bit and it didn’t unfreeze so I had to turn it off. I’m on Citra for android. Is there any way for me to recover or get a new file at a similar point in time? If I can get a new file then how could I change the name and gender?
