I recently got shiny Kyogre in Emerald after a year sort reset. I caught it in master ball. Since I played in emulator so I think I will bring it to Scarlet by using PKHex but It said that attachment is no legal to bring it to gen 9. Anyone help me? If there is anyway can bring it to gen 9 by using console not PKHex I am very happy
