I'm attempting to import the event distributed Pokemon Musicals into my Black 2 save, but the tool is poorly documented and I cannot figure out how to actually make this work. I'm not even 100% sure that PokeCGear is the correct tool out of the PokeStock tools to even get the job done. Chances are, I may have just missed something obvious and I'm going to feel silly about it after the fact, but is there anybody who can point me in the right direction here?
And, just as a side question, is it possible to import the Japanese-exclusive Musicals into my English save or are they truly region-locked?
