I am using 221218. Oddly, that error triangle says legal, and goes to green checkmark when I click on it, but the red triangle stays on the basculin. If I then set the basculin, the error triangle stays away if I load the new exported save, but I'm not sure what that's changing, as the Basculin hasn't been touched.
