Hi all. So I enjoy doing playthroughs with shiny pokemon and I'd like to do one with shiny legends. In a previous post I learned there is only a few legitimate shiny low level legends. Now I want to explore some illegitimate ones. I only have a homebrew 3DS so if I gen let's say a shiny level 5 Kyurem. Transfer it up to home then to Scarlet Violet for a playthrough and eventually leave it in home. How much risk will this illegitimate pokemon have for me getting banned leaving it in home? Thank you!

@Atrius97 Thank you very much! And if I had a CFW switch I could do more with encounters from Pokemon GO straight into SWSH?

Hi all, firstly I only have a CFW 3DS, not a switch. I am just looking to do a playthrough of SWSH or BDSP with a legal shiny legendary pokemon. Now of course bc of obedience I cant just gen something from ultra space wilds and make it shiny then transfer it and start a new game with it. So after some research all I found was a thread on some encounters from GO, which cant be hacked into Gen7 and some Dream Radar pokemon from BW which I believe can't be shiny. Anyone have more info? Thanks for the help.
