Would you be able to edit mass outbreaks with this and how likely a shiny would appear?

I was wondering if anyone could walk me through what Block Data is and how it works? And what does "Block Key" (in the second ss) mean?

So if i choose a lower number a threads (something lower than 7), does that mean my computer will be able to get the seeds faster? Also what does the "unlocked" part of "Story Progress" mean?

What does "Story progress" and "Threads" mean in this context? Edit: Follow up question, what does "Raid Boost" mean?

is there a way you can choose which pokemon you want to appear in a Mass Outbreak through PKHeX or do we have to change the date and time of the Switch console?
