My questions are: 1- The profiles A and B are all on the original firmware area of my swith , right? Because I will need to use the edited save on internet. 2- Changing my B save in the original firmware area will don't give me a Ban?

Hello all. I already see a topic here about it but I was not able to post there. I'm from brazil so my english is not good. I need help in order to put my PKHEX edited save on my sword game and them on my pokémon home. I fear being banned if I do something wrong. Can you please explain me it detailed? My Switch has "3 areas" when it starts: Atmosphere (Emunand), AMS (SysNAND) and Official Firmware (SysNAND).
