Ruby say save has ben deleted and back up will not work

Hello if there is anyone that can tell me how to fix the currupted save that would help a ton it opens fine in pk hex but when i go to back it up back into the cartrige it says save was deleted every time need help POKEMON_RUBY_AXVE_00.sav
