OH! I was using save states from the emulator I'm using, that makes a lot of sense idk why I didn't think of that. Thank you, it works now lol.

I know that there's a forum from a while ago on this and I already read through it. None of what's there helps me. I just downloaded PKHeX, it doesn't matter what game file it is I cannot open any file in the application. I have a file for Pokemon Heartgold, Black 2, X, and Y, they all say "Input file is to large." Also the pokemon Y file has been redownloaded to try a brand new file, still didn't work.
