Ok I managed to get it working, if anyone's interested I just reset the clock and that fixed it for some reason.

I've been playing Emerald on an emulator, with the aim of completing the battle frontier. I was using the cloning glitch to duplicate enough berries to get Feebas to evolve, when I got the "save file erased due to corruption or damage" message. I was pretty devastated as I've put 40 something hours into it, breeding my team from scratch and everything. I opened the save up in PKHeX and it seems like all my mons are still there in the boxes which is a big relief. So the data seems to still be there, but I don't know how to fix the save so it's playable again. Can anyone help me get it working? Pokemon - Emerald Version (U).sav
