    If you could supply the save and the .pk4 file of the Chatot, I may be able to help. It is hard to identify the problem with only the screenshot, because it may be due to multiple factors that cannot be seen with the screenshot you posted.

    Just a quick FYI, the Dratini in the Day care, as well as a slew of mons, are flagged as invalid. all Latias boxes and Shiny Mews cause Legality errors, mostly due to clone detection. Here is an example of one of the errors:
