(accidentally posted this in nds section before lol) is it possible to, for example, edit power-up punch from 40 base power to 80? I have homebrew on my 3ds so i dont intend to play online (obviously so i dont get my 3ds banned)

For example, changing powerup-punch from base 40 power to 80. I have pokemon moon on my 3ds and dont intend to play online (since my 3ds has homebrew).
