I'm trying to add legal encounter data that isn't recognized as legal atm I saw that people already reported the ones I noticed but wanted to add it to mine earlier to check

question in title. I want to add encounters that are legal to the db but I'm not sure how, is there a solution to this without duplicating the entire code?
