The Doofiest Moose

So I'm looking for a Pokemon hacking tool that lets the user edit the base stats of multiple Pokemon at once, for any of the gen 3 gba games. I basically want to apply a specific base stat spread to multiple Pokemon. This is extremely specific, I know. But is there anything even close to something like this?
