seeing as Cynthia,s garchomp is even more broken bdsp i decided to give everyone else the power to use it for themselves this is a great pokemon to use against the elite four and maybye even cynthia herself science well its broken anyways this is just something i thought of and i think its cool to use the champions pokemon the only thing that i added my self was its OT i hope you enjoy using this pokemon Heres the showcase video
