  1. I seriously just don't get it. I'm sure it's something that I shouldn't be missing here, but I've never messed with Pokesav until last night. I'm absolutely lost. Here's where I'm at so far. I started a new game on Platinum, got my starter and saved the game in Twinleaf. Took the .nds file and converted it to .SAV so that Pokesav would read the file. I open it up in Pokesav, mess around a bit; just relatively simple tweaks, such as the player name or my starter's OT name, just as a test to see if it works. I save the file in Pokesav under a different file name, move the original .SAV out of the way to another folder and try to load the new, tweaked .SAV file and it starts me off as if there weren't a file in the battery folder to read from. Why is it that the new .SAV file and the original are the same size and whatnot, but cannot be read? That's as far as I've gotten with looking around on how to go about this. After that, I haven't figured anything out, and I'm utterly stuck. I imagine I'm missing a step here or there, but I wouldn't have a clue where to begin at this point. Must be something I'm doing with Pokesav. Anyone got any advice?
