OHHHHHH I get what I was doing wrong I got it now THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOU HELP

It says the save game is corrupt.

Yes I opened the save state.

I first save normally as if I were using a 3DS and then I save state also.

It loads normally as if the save were still there, however when I try to save the game it says that it "failed".

Yes I followed that tutorial but still nothing changes.

Ok let me see. Nothing happens, the game loads normally.

Yes when I reopen PKHeX and open the same save file the edits that I made are still there.

Yes I did I "Export SAV">"Export Main" and replaced the save file already there.

I've been searching for like 2 hours now, I opened PKHeX and added a few pokemon for my game, I saved everything, even when I reopened PKHeX all the changes were still there, however when I loaded my game on Citra nothing had been changed in the game, I tried searching for answers for about 2 hours and I tried everything to get it to work but it just doesn't seem to change anything in game.
