And I will not count hereditary moves as most people do not breed mid-game just to grind a Lv. 1 Pokemon with a new move. The factors for determining its usefulness is stats, ability, movepool, utility, and availability. Availability is probably the sole reason why I would rate Hydreigon as bad for example; it comes much too late and requires a lot of grinding.</p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p>The rating system from best to worst will be Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor, and Bad (I think I used the word Unsatisfactory, but I have to check).</p></p></p></p></p>
