Does lead pokemon abilites affect the pid/iv generation of pokemon? encounter type like old vs super rod persist in pk files and if so, how do you edit them in pkhex? any good rng legality checker programs i could use, or is pkhex good enough to spot rng differences.

I was about to send this request to github, but figured I'd come here. I would like a way to edit flags/constants in pkhex that do not appear in the dropdown menu. Would it be possible to add a feature to extend functionality of the flag/constant editor to custom values? Ex. 0x1EE=3 (hex to decimal 494 = 3). This stems from trying to uncheck flags/constants for starter gifts in ORAS. https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/34626-oras-and-xy-flag-research-thread/ I have also tried to use a hex editor to change these values, but I must be doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated.
