If you place a cloned Pokémon with an existing Tracker into Home, the Tracker gets changed while keeping all the record/details related to the old tracker. So far that's the safest way to place into Home a Pokémon that should already be passed through Home. Don't wipe/edit the tracker from the Go entries.1 point
