Granted I know that many international users come here, but the least you can do is use a translator or something. Next, the QR code is valid, but it's only for Japanese 3DS (region, not language). If your 3DS isn't Japanese, QR scanning won't work for it. Reason why it's only valid to Japanese 3DS, is because the QR was taken from the japanese game Ga-ole, and they region locked those codes.
