It is possible to convert PCD/PGT files to PKM files?

I tried the GTS Emulation and succeded.

Now I want to know if it's possible to do the same, but with wonder cards/mystery gifts. So I can get the Oak's Letter in D/P, Yellow Forest in SS, etc, and the only way I think of right now is converting the PCD/PGT files into pkm and dragging them in sendpkmn. I don't really think that's the way, so is there any other way I can get the Mistery Gifts in my games??

Well idk about converting them like you are asking, but you can use this to add them directly to the game:

I'm sure there is a tool specifically for it, but PokéSav works just fine.

Download the Diamond/Pearl version of PokéSav (It doesn't matter what copy of Pokémon you have if you're just extracting .pkms)

Go to: "Events: Edit"

Then Click: "Mystery Gift Edit"

Then Click: "Load PCD/PGT" (Depending on the type of file you are using)

If it's a Pokémon Gift/Card, the Pokémon name will appear next to the "Save", "Load", and "Edit" buttons.

Just click "Save" and save the file as a .pkm

Okay, BUT now I might need some help if I can't find the PKMs for the Gen V events, since the Pokesav program that allows for import as pgfs/pcds and output as pkm is only updated through DPPt. Thanks in advance for the help if I need it!
