Im Trying To Put In Am Event Where You Get A VICTINI From A Pokeball In Prof Birch Lab

But Im Having The Following Problems

I Dont Know The Offset Code For VICTINI

I Put It In Advanced Sprite Editor As One Of The ? Pokemon Right After Celebi

But I Dont Know How to Make the Poke Ball Give You One

I Could Use Some Help Please???...
