HGSS pokemon are illegal.

Hi, I ran the Legal.exe on some of my pokemon and it seems like majority were deemed illegal. Small things like evolving without trading and such. I've looked extensively how to solve this problem but anything I've tried simply doesn't work. Anybody think they can help me out?

None of them are hatched Pokemon, so their PIDs need to match with the ones given in PID/IV. That's the problem... none of them match.

Evolving doesn't really have anything to do with it.

Thanks very much for the comment, the sticky also mentioned it but the wording was slightly confusing. Although it makes me wonder. I set up the values for their ID's and then hit the generate button (not the generate button on the pop-up PID/IV window) for the respective nature and it gives me a number. Shouldn't that suffice? Does it just generate ANY random number, or a legal one?

It throws any random one at you, not always a legal one. It's intended for hatched Pokemon, since their PIDs are pretty random.

You can use PokeGen. The PID Generator in it is pretty good.
