Wi-Fi Connection Mystery Gift

Hi... ummmm... i missed the Yellow Forest Event bcoz my sister wasnt giving me my ds (oh, i hate her) so is there a program to like, send the .pgt and .pcd file through the wireless router to the mystery gift in the game? I don't have a flash cart so....:smile:
