Poe15 Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 I don't know what's going wrong right now. I went through all the steps to build the Pokemon, everything checks out perfect in the legit checker thing. My problem is the DNS. When I drag the .pkm file to the sendpkm file, the "DNS Server" that comes up is my IP address. I never have any issues connecting to the Wifi on my DS. I changed the DNS Auto thing to No, put in the address the thing said to, but it refuses to connect. Keep getting the 52100 error. I'm stumped, could use some expert help.
CNash Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 In my experience, it helps to start Sendpkm just before you say Yes to the Wi-fi connection message. Apparently, the longer the Sendpkm window is open before you do this, the more likely it is to fail. If that's still not doing the trick, check the IP address displayed by Sendpkm - is it an internal address, starting with 192, or the same as what you get from Whatismyip.com? If you're using a router, it should be an internal address.
Poe15 Posted May 14, 2010 Author Posted May 14, 2010 Yeah, the # I'm getting is 192.168.1.2 through the sendpkm.
Poe15 Posted May 14, 2010 Author Posted May 14, 2010 Wow, it worked. Thanks CNash! I just had to do it right before hitting yes like you said. *happy dance*
tornadod Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 that doesnt work for me. my # is 192.168.1.10 through sendpkm. any other suggestions?
