It's not for you to decide how much information to provide. When you're told in the forum rules that hack requests must follow a certain format, you follow that format. No exceptions.

Basically, the more information you provide - even if most of it is "default" or blank - the easier it is for the hacker, as they don't have to then guess about what you might have wanted.
