I need an Eigakan Arceus, Jagged ear Pichu or the new Celebi

I DONT KNOW ABOUT ARCUES but i know that you can get pikachu in the pokewalker by getting the yellow forest on mystery gift and colored pichu is a event.

I don't have Pokewalker. And there must be a .PKM file of the Pikachu Colored Pichu.
