Anyone use NDS Adapter Plus?

I started using this to import .sav files from my SS retail cart.

However, today I started getting the error message "A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port" whenever I plug in the USB Adapter.

I've googled the issue extensively and tried a number of nonworking remedies. I believe I'm getting the error because the device exceeds the 2.5 watts allowed by my computer for a USB port.

Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

In my experience that means your adapter cable is too long.

Have you tried a different computer?
