Acekard 2.1 Problem

I recently purchased an Acekard 2.1 and when I try to start it up it just gets stuck on a loading screen. Does anyone know what is wrong. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

You start what up PokesavDS? Pokemon games? etc?

What firmware like the official? or AKAIO?

Have you formatted your newly purchased Acekard 2.1?

I can't even get it to load all the way that's it. This is going to sound bad but to update the firmware just place the file in the root directory right?

Place __aio and akmenu4.nds in the root directory.
