Not possible ... you could edit it into a rom using hex and what not ... Short of that I can't think of anything. You could load the purified shadow lugia's PKM file into pokesav and add it to your team? That's the only way I can think of getting that exact lugia (the one w/ psycho boost + featherdance).

Tbird is right. It is impossible if you want a Shadow Lugia. Only if you have an AR and the AR code for it, you can get it. Plus don't get an Shadow Lugia. The Shadow Lugia looks a lot like a regular Lugia and it has no black on it.
