I need to know whether or not it's possible, on an Emulator, to edit game data without it being on. Like, is it possible to delete a pokemon from a box "offline" per-se?

I think the answer might be an extremely complicated (beyond my pretty much non-existent abilities) yes, but I figure I should ask anywho.

Go to the site home, down some, youll see an icon that says pokesav, click it, on the right youll see a download icon, click it, a little bit farther down youll see versions of pokesav, click the one you want, it will start the download, then youll see a folder, click it, then youll see pokesav, click it, select run and thats it
