I tried making it myself while trying to make it pass the legit checker. So I guess I'll leave it up to someone who has a clue.I want this pokemon to be legit so I can use it in tournoments, so that's why I'm asking for a pro to have at it. I'm sure whoever picks it up can tell me what I did wrong when trying to make it legit.

I'd just like the PKM file after you're done so I can see what I did wrong, and perhaps use the format done to make other legit non-hatched pokemon. It'd also be more useful to those who want a tri-attack togekiss without having to go through hours of lame gameplay/trading fuss to get the perfect togepi. =/
