Making Legit Togekiss w/ Tri Attack (something's not right...)

I can't post the actual file due to stupid VistAIDs problems, so a screen shot is all I can do. The Togepi is the one given to you by Hordel in Pokemon : Gale of Darkness. It learns tri-beam, so it's legit in that respect. Everything is good via the IV Generator (IV/PID are compatible, as is the gender/ability/etc). The stats are also up to par... So I'm almost positive it has something to do with the hex values or the legality checker doesn't recognize an Togepi.

Also: Did someone make a Togepi like the one I'm trying to make? If so, it'd probably be easier for me to just use that if you have it on hand...

I remember reading somewhere (can't remember exactly where now, though) that Type 2 PIDs are considered invalid for XD/Coliseum Pokémon. Try picking a Type 1 and see if the legality checker passes it?

I tried a fresh type 1 and type 2 PID to see if it changed, and it didn't. I should've known this wouldn't be THAT east. >_<
