Event pokemon for SS/HG

Could someone create event pokemon for HG/SS? (US version)

Specifically enabling the event for the pikachu colored pichu and the notched ear pichu as well as any others that you might think of?

Well, I could help you create the Pikachu Colored Pichu Event, but I'm afraid I can't create the Spiky/Notched Ear Pichu. Does that work?

There's no such thing as a Notched-ear Pichu.

I believe they are speaking of the Pichu you get in Ilex Forset.
