US HGSS AR Code Rebattle Any Trainer at Any Time?

I wondered if someone is able to make an AR code that allows the player to rebattle any trainer at any time.

I know there is pokegear function but it is locked at specific time.

If there is an existing AR code, can someone tell me the code?
