Is it possible to transfer a Save file of the new Pokemon Ranger to a retail cart using the NDS Backup Adapter?

Not really sure if this is where it should be posted but im not sure since i haven't used this board much.

Basically i just need someone to corfirm if you DO need the Plus one or if it can be done with the old one. Reason is because of the Deoxys misson that requires 2 people that have the game. I AM planning on actually buying the game but will i be have to use the normal Adapter or the Plus one. If anyone knows i'd really appreciate if you could help me

Just recieved my copy of the game and tried this and and it works. Just thought I'd post this in case anyone is also wondering if it works or not
