PKHex (need max IVs on most Legendaries, unless for HP purposes)

Most of these are for Emerald's Battle Frontier, or just so I can admire them.

I am terrible at RNG manipulation and just want legal max IV versions of my Legendary/Mythical collection. 

NOTE: All Pokemon currently have their Natures, EVs and Hidden Power set at the type I want, but not power level, so if you see something like HP Grass, assume it's supposed to remain Grass.

Note 2: Please keep all their current TIDs and SIDs the same when possible!
