Shiny Gyarados with the Fishing and Jumbo Mark (2)

Is it possible to generate a Gyarados from Shield that is the max height? Besides just spamming the shiny generate button until the HT becomes 255, I know it's not that important, but it's been annoying me for the past few days.

Recommendation:
Use PKHeX's encounter database.
Ctrl + Left-click on the desired Pokémon.

Is there a way to have it shiny and max (255) height? Thank you for the video explanation though, I didnt know you could Ctrl Left click in that tab

It is legally very complicated.
But here is a solution:
Hatch a Magikarp EGG, evolve it into Gyarados, and edit its height and weight.

I was looking for it to be a fishing encounter so I can give it the fishing mark but I didnt know and will be using what you sent to make other max height pokemon thank you for your help
