Pokemon Platinum Corrupted Save

Hello there!

I was playing Platinum and after getting all the badges and heading to route 223 my save file corrupted.

The only thing I did that I think could be the cause was add Leftovers to my inventory through PKHex.

Kept playing for a half hour or so and when I went to save and put it down it said the file was corrupt.

I tried opening it again with PKHex to see if I could do anything but it wouldn't open it, PokeSav did manage to open it and although I've lost some things I tried to save it somewhere else to see if that would fix it but it didn't.

I would appreciate any help since that's as far as my knowledge goes.
