Injecting pokemon save data from emuNand to another profile on sysmmc

I just have some questions about pokemon save data.

 

I just chipped my lite and im new to emuNAND. After creating emunand, i initialized it so it will not completely mirror my sysNAND. Therefore my emuNand doesnt have any profile linked to nintendo account.

 

my question specifically is about importing saves from emuNAND to sysNAND. I already know the steps. But im confused about the compatibility.

 

will save data from emuNAND (that i initialized) works on sysNAND using different profile thats connected to a nintendo account?

 

If it will work, are there any risk of being banned? My save data btw are clean, no external edits made.
