Need help making a legal HGSS Latias for BW/BW2

I'm not sure how to go about making this latias with hidden power ground, no PID I put in is making it legal, it's okay if the IV's change a bit, as long as she maintains high as possible SpA and Speed with as low as possible Atk

HP Fire o HP Ground? I say this because the sample you uploaded is HP Fire, but in the post you ask for HP Ground.

crud I meant for it to be ground, must've goofed the IV's somewhere on my end

update: I figured out how to do it, I had to make it through a pk4 file then import into BW

So there's no need to modify the Pokémon? That IV distribution is impossible in Generation IV, and I have no idea where the PID came from.

RNG manipulation with Pokefinder (RNG manipulation for specific IV spreads, and such)
