Pokémon Colosseum - Japanese save with e-trainer with Scizor to be battled

Hello everybody, and sorry for the inconvenience.
As some (or most) people that want to do a Ribbon Master challenge, I want to use the Shadow Scizor in the Japanese Colosseum.
However, I don't want to start and finish a new japanese game until I can finally battle the e-trainer with the Scizor to be caught.

Therefore, is there anyone who can create a japanese Colosseum save file with:
- My OT name: RICKY
- The e-reader shadow Scizor trainer inserted (so that the only thing I need to do in that save file is to battle him and catch the Scizor (which should be legal for all games) and purify it

Basically, I want to have my own legal (shiny maybe) Scizor, so that I can start doing the Ribbon Master challenge
Also, I think if you create a file like that, maybe other could use it to get their Scizor as well, just needing to change their OT names
