Help needed: can’t hit Munchlax frame on Platinum honey tree

I've been trying to rng a munchlax for some hours now. I've been able to rng legendaries, wild pokemon encounters successfully. I even did the shiny manaphy egg but I can't get  the honey tree to work. I followed I'm a blisseys video. First I checked my TID (11900) and SID (11891) on the dragonfly cave website and it says Fuego Ironworks should have a munchlax tree in my game and PKHex also confirms this. I've hit my seed (56100613) correctly to which I confirm with the coin toss app.

I've been trying to target frame 71 which has a PID of 3E520276, so hex 0276/656 gives me a vlaue of 0 which should correspond to the munchlax column. I can match up the chatot pitches and stop on the last pitch (70) and then apply the honey but it keeps giving me burmy. I've tired a few times and have also tried stopping on the target frame and also a few above and below but I still get no munchlax. I've also tired it on the frame 71 wild encounter which was a magnemite holding metal coat and it matched up in pkhex so I don't think there's anything wrong with the areabecuase my stndard wild encounters still seem to be  working fine, just the tree issue.

 I also tried a few random frames and those don't work either. So for example the most recent one I tired is frame 76 (02769A2C). So according to that excel spreadsheet with the columns and rows: 9A2C/656= 60 (column 2)  0276/656=0 (row 0). Follwing this logic I should get a heracross on that frame but according to PKHex I got a combee. On the file it says combee is in group 1 and slot 0, I'm not sure if this directly corresponds to the excel spreadsheet.

Either way I'm just really confused why the right frame isn't giving me the right pokemon according to what's shown on pokefinder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
