Jirachi with 6IV "WISHMKR" or "CHANNEL"

Is it possible to legalize a Jirachi with 6IVs with any nature and I need help to solve this matter if not give me a suggestion. Thank you and will wait for your respond if possible or not.

About the "WISHMKR" as far as I know there is no 6IV.
About the "Channel" if there is one 6IV Brave, there is no other. 5IV you have things like Modest and Timid with less than 5atk, not counting the spa you have 5IV Jolly and Impish.

Oh okay, I need help for it that to my PKHeX to make it legal. Thank you for help information

I don't know where you got that Jirachi from, so I guess the bug is in the PID.  It usually happens that many people do not modify the pokemon well because they usually forget or do not know how the older gens work.
With Pokefinder you can search for the correct IV distribution and its PID, once you have the PID you can get the SID. There shouldn't be a problem, if there is, you just have to change the EO genre and/or source game (ruby or sapphire).
I would say that you can also use within pkhex ---> tools ---> data ---> encounter data base but there I can not guide you much because I do not dominate it.
