How do I fix "Invalid PID+ correlation" in Gen3?

I've cheesed the Safari Zone in Emerald a little. I went into the respective areas and used cheat codes to spawn the pokemo with the low spawn rates in the respective areas. Don't wanna deal with a 5% spawn rate and spend hours upon hours of searching.

 

In PkHex though all of them show up with the same error:

 

I understand so far that this is due to the RNG being unable to generate the PID with the set of IVs the pokemon has. Indeed all of them initially show up with the PID 00000000 likely due to how they spawned via cheat codes.

 

How do I legalize them now? Simply rerolling PID a bunch of times does not help

Cheat codes would make any Pokémon illegal. Don't use cheats.
