Help with wish event (bagon)

Hello!!!

I was checking my pokemon and I found that the Salamence that had been a Bagon of the wish event, tells me that it is invalid, it's been a while since I looked at it but before if it was legal.
Can anyone help me? The only thing I need is a PID and IV for Impish nature.
I leave here the Salamence that before was marked as legal.

Use PKHeX to find the pokemon with nature and PID you need

Thanks for replying, I was unaware of this pkhex function. Although at first only came out with Calm nature, I think I figured out how to change the nature and I got one with Impish nature and the IV is solved with a plate.
